Seattle-ish BBQ! Always Human. No genAI! It is shocking that I had to go to the pacific northwest to find bbq I actually like- especially when I came from FuckingOklahoma. To be fair, barbecue is one of my least favorite types of food BUT, I have learned that is mostly because of America. What I mean by that is American barbecue largely focuses on the sauces.

I explore two different BBQ Restaurants in the Seattle area and am shocked to find how different they are! (and how Delicious one of them is!)

Tinned Fish Saga- Pt. 3! Well, as usual I am a bit behind on all my writings and somehow I only made it to three tins during the entire two months of February and March! Daylight savings is partly to blame for this. We started getting longer daylight hours and nice weather and I have been living in the woods and birding ever since!
