When your girls roost in the run, and you gotta move them in the coop. Silly chickens π

This is fantastic!
Last year I decided to jump on the booktok trend and read ACOTAR. I did not like the first book, but I became hooked after book 2. I am now on the last two books of Throne of Glass. I low key feel like #booksky is higher class and disapproves of my love for SJM. Where is my posse??
This image shows a cozy home office and craft room with a mix of work and hobby supplies. A black leather recliner is positioned in the center of the room. To the left, there is a wooden desk with a computer monitor, keyboard, and various office supplies, along with a black and wood barstool. A small filing cabinet is next to the desk. On the right, a wooden shelving unit is filled with colorful yarn, knitting needles, and other crafting materials. A printer sits on a gray filing cabinet, and a tripod stand is nearby. The room has blue carpeting and warm lighting, creating a comfortable workspace.
I have started creating my own little crochet corner in my office. I added this recliner to make it a bit more cozy π§Ά I need to decorate more though
Calcifer is the perfect name! What a cutie
Iβve made two cat caves now for friends and man, they are a lot of work. But I love the result! I likely will wait until I forget how physically difficult it is and start another one π They make great stash busters, though! π§Ά π±
5 chickens on a high roost at sun set in a coop made from a wire dog kennel, scraps of wood, and five gallon buckets for lay boxes
What they donβt tell you when you get chickens is that you probably are going to need two coops. Your primary flock coop and another coop for quarantining new birds, sick birds or naughty birds. Just got this DIY coop set up for our new girls! π©π»βπΎπ #smallfarm #homestead #chickenmath

Whatβs your favorite crochet hook brand? I love my amour clovers, and I really want a few furls. Also, any recommendations for lacework brands (<2mm)? I have some random ones that are ok, but I want to hear what others like. π§Ά
I really love to crochet but also knitted sweater patterns got me drooling to get serious about knitting π§Ά
Probably my favorite thing Iβve ever made. I used bamboo yarn and I honestly love the texture it gives Amigurumi. Pattern by Fiber Figments. π§Ά #crochet
A lot of you make jokes about guillotines but few of you have been getting your woodworking and metalworking skills up. Get those callouses made, babes.
Iβm trying three sisters this year! Iβm also trying sweet potatoes for the first time and Iβm stoked

I crochet! And Iβve dabbled with knitting.

I LOVE ad free Bluesky, and I know the creators are looking to figure out how to get a better revenue stream with tactful ads. Butβ¦. I would pay some money if it meant keeping my Bluesky experience the same. Would you?
She is HORRIBLE in the first book and I felt the same. But I would recommend trying again. I think itβs worth it. Also, Throne of Glass is SOOOOOO much better. A lot less romance, but the SJM is more brave in her character development.
Book 1 is the worst. Books 2 and 3 are fantastic. I really enjoyed the series and itβs worth getting through.
Social media should be that. Social. His cries for help were clouded by presidential news, ads for shit I donβt need, political fights between friends. After hearing the news of my cousin, I left FB. I hope we can keep this space social to save each otherβs lives during this hard time.
My cousinβs son unalived himself a week ago. Today I attended his service. He was autistic. He was so nice to everyone and he couldnβt understand why others were not the same to him. There were signs he was not doing well all over his fb, but there was hardly any interaction. (Cont. in comments)
I believe now more than ever it is important for us to reconnect with our ancestral traditions rooted in sustainability. Rejecting overconsumption in favor of sustainability in textiles is an act of rebellion. Clothe thy neighbor β€οΈ love thy neighbor, especially in these dark times #knitting π§Ά
