My best find was an old Russian pressing of Kind of Blue, if @mthomasg.bsky.social is into vinyl.

This one holds a charge for a week and it’s like a time capsule from the ‘90s. Some Miles, Bill Evans. Some MJQ and other jazz artists. Some EW&F and other soul/r&b. And then some stuff I’m not sure why i bought them.

Thank you, Rachel! I do have a few dead iPod minis and shuffles. I also have an origin ball FireWire iPod that I need to find a cable to charge it to see off it works.

Old chemo stopped working so I’m back with a new set of drugs and an old toy I dug out of the closet to help pass the time. (Especially since Noah Evslin didn’t drop a new episode of Screaming into the Hollywood Abyss this week.)

Was it like that experiment where they filled a room with monkeys and typewriters? Where the result was destroyed typewriters covered in feces?
