As some of you might know, I'm a sucker for merch, so I hope people enjoyed our (red 🔴 - red kite 🦅 - Reading 👨‍🎓) logo this year

And finally thanks to those who attended the Science Design workshop I ran beforehand, and allowing me to ramble about PowerPoint transitions

The Hand That Feeds is now available open access from @uclpress.bsky.social. If you haven't already, now would be a great time to listen to my interview with @juliettewaterman.bsky.social, released earlier this month.

Two Point Museum is a game that came out earlier this month, and it has made for an excellent addition to the series! The game is mostly focused on dinosaurs and plants, but there are a few bugs to spot - like this ‘honeyed bee’. 🐝

A vintage black-and-white illustration of the Thylacine, also referred to as The Zebra or Dog-Faced Dasyurus (Didelphis cynocephala). The animal is depicted sitting on a textured ground, showing its distinctive striped back, long tail, and dog-like facial features. Below the illustration, the text identifies the species and mentions that it was published by G.B. Whittaker in London in January 1825.
