my step family. They have been awful to me ever since having a melt down after my mother died. 7 years of apologizing and being the bigger person only to continue to be bullied and outcasted. If you relate. You are not alone. Sometimes it is the people closest to us who treat us the worst.

I have made a life helping other autistic people like me. And I've met every stupid neurotypical goal there is. Yet there will always be people who straight up don't like me because they can clock me immediately as different. And I hate that the majority of that experience in my adult life has been-
