Super cool findings. TE may do more things than we expect with host. I recalled LTR-RT (PopRice🌾) extrachromosomal DNA 🧬act as the sponges of TF ABI5 in the terminal tissue endosperm that does not inherit its DNA. Which regulating the development of rice seed-to-seedling transition.
