Technically 4 records if you count the squats, most I squatted before this session was one set of 3x185 lbs, this time it was two sets. The trainer thought I may have had a couple more reps in me. There’s always another time.

Heavy squats done for this training session. My trainer said my squat form was solid, I was really happy to hear that & I have definitely come a long way on those. Also did 405 lbs on the Glute Drive for reps! 22,215 lbs, 3 records. Fueled by Shadow Of Intent before session #FitnessSky #GymSky 🤘
