Just to add to this, *if* LLMs have a business model (which is not yet clear, as they are nor profitable) it is create FOMO about progress. Unless you're looking at the application of narrow AI models in specific highly structured domains, the business of accuracy is still human.
Quarterly planning. Jira links. Dependency maps. The red wool of doom. Approval boards everywhere.
We build structures that add weight, not value - then wonder where impact went.
Start simpler: priorities, alignment on outcomes, autonomy to execute.
Then remove the friction.

But when people seek help, they face months, or even years, of waiting. Rhetoric like this is dangerous. It reinforces stigma and stops people getting support.
