I’ve had three shots now. The first two gave me very mild nausea for a day or two. No vomiting or bowel issues. Don’t listen to others’ experiences though. If you want to do it for yourself, just do it. And do the homework on side effects. I’m happy so far though. Reduced pain and 2.5kgs gone.

Finally holiday time tomorrow. Fly to Dunedin at 7am, pick up rental car and meander down to the Catlins. Four days in a wild looking spot facing Antarctica. Should be awesome.

That’s fantastic. I had terrible endo when I was younger. It’s a blight on so many women’s lives. They seem to be finding more and more off label effects as time goes on. The patents on some of them expire this year so costs should go down.

Well, 2 weeks on Wegovy tomorrow & some interesting results. Definitely nausea on the first 2-3 days after the shot, then miraculously I want to eat much, much less food. Best thing though is anti inflammatory effect, which has been dramatic. My knee is far less painful. I’m rapt, beyond rapt. #GLP1

Can you get some meds to break the cycle, or at least give you a few days rest? Zoplicone is a life saver for me.
