Call logs, I would guess. Or just by whichever civil servant was Morgan McSweeney's private secretary being asked by a select committee 'how many times were you asked to chase the FCDO on this?' Something like that.

Rory makes the case for unfair dismissal of Ollie Robbins, questions Starmer’s aptitude across his career and asks- how did he get in (as PM) and who was behind him.
Really feel for him. He was very professional today. As Emily Thornberry concluded, he was bullied - Mcsweeney again.
Sir Olly Robbins says that when he became FCDO permanent secretary he wasn't "walking into a vacuum":
- due diligence already done on Mandelson
- PM had taken advice on his fitness for office
- name had been given to King
- PM announced the job
- he had access to building and sensitive briefings
Actually that is not true. Polanski published his opinion this morning before the Parliamentary select committee heard evidence from Ollie Robbins. Here’s Emily Thornberry on her conclusions. Facts matter.

Just hours after chairing Olly Robbins’ testimony, Emily Thornberry says she believes the former Foreign Office boss was "bullied".
“The pressure was coming from Morgan McSweeney. He was a protege of Mandelson, he was trying to deliver him the job”.
“In a place denied access to basic forensic technology – and where people disappear into Israeli detention – the fate of thousands remains unknown. One of them is an autistic teenager.”

People are disgusted by what they see. An expansionist Apartheid State committing genocide with our (Europe, America’s) consent and assistance.
Zero consequences.
People being harassed, bullied or arrested under ‘Terrorism’ charges, some even sanctioned for speaking out.
An infographic titled "The Chemistry of Spinach" explores iron content, vitamin A, and the "spinach teeth" sensation. It compares spinach to sirloin steak, noting that while spinach has more iron (2.6mg vs 2.5mg per 100g), only 1.7% is absorbed compared to 20% from steak. Low absorption is attributed to polyphenols. It highlights spinach as a source of beta-carotene and explains that "spinach teeth" are caused by oxalic acid reacting with calcium to form insoluble calcium oxalate crystals.
On #NationalSpinachDay, this graphic looks at the real story behind spinach’s iron content: www.compoundchem.com/2018/07/17/s...

Starmer ought to let Burnham stand as an MP at the next opportunity. There is no guarantee he'd win a byelection, but Miliband isn't the solution to anything.
The government needs to reboot. I like Starmer as a person, but he has proven unable to do this role.
