What’s the word for when you spend 2 hours cleaning your living room for a party but everyone hangs out on the back porch instead?

I just got out of a 2.5 hour meeting titled “budget hell” and I was the only one having a good time.😈

I went to therapy on the wrong day and realized it when I ran into my therapist in the bathroom.
As a recovering over apologizer it felt good to have a real reason to apologize. 🙂

I ended a meeting for my second job by saying “Welp, I have to go open a window for my cat to sniff out of now.”

The person I was meeting with laughed and said “I understand”

The Super Summer Knitogether vendor market is this Saturday July 19 at the Scarritt Bennett center in Nashville. Doors open to the public at 1pm and is $5 to get in. There is free parking in lots A and B along with metered street parking on 19th.

- There’s a lot happening behind the scenes over here and I can’t (and don’t want to) get into it all here. One thing I’ll share is I’m going to be starting some part time work soon! It’s something I’m very excited about and is, quite frankly, perfect for my set of skills and personal interests.

- I’m going to have a shop update sometime in the second half of May with the leftover skeins from the trunk show. I’m going to try to get some more Rebel Girl dyed up because I want to do another fundraiser for Abortion Care Tennessee.

- My suitcase is out which means Hose Cat knows something is up. I gave him a pass on the whole personal space issue we talked about recently. (Slide 4)

- On my way up to MI I’m stopping by @HeyMakeDo to drop off A TRUNK SHOW!!! Yes, you read that right. I’ll be back in Cincinnati on May 17 to hang out with y’all. Mark your calendars and come by to hang out with us!
