I am not a practicing Catholic but I think the Pope gets to have an opinion on Just War Theory given that it's a philosophy that has over 1000 years of church leaders and thinkers writing on the subject and is outlined in the official catechism of the Catholic Church.

I've made positive progress over the last couple weeks. Candidly, I'm just really tired of backgrounds (lol) and so I may back off of doing these in #tradart methods; plan to fill any gaps in via CSP/inkscape once the pages themselves are scanned in --

-- along with word bubbles. Since moving to Europe, I need to figure out where I can scan 11x17 (tabloid size) bristol board. It also turns out that while I uploaded the first few pages to comicfury before I moved, the finished page files are on a backup drive, NOT my laptop, ack.

Hello all. I am a sketcher, trying to capture the strength, love, madness and chaos of the 'reality' I see around me.
Some recent sketchy work.
Pen drawing of a multi-story tall alien being with vaguely owl-like features, but an extended vertical mouth rather than a beak, and wearing long, flowing robes is standing on the edge of a shore of a lake that backs into a forest with a moose and an owl in the foreground. The sky is made up of an aurora filled sky with cracks of the black of space filled with stars across it while a large pure white moon or a portal like structure hangs in the sky. Behind the being is a saucer shaped craft while another hangs in the air in the distance.
Pen drawing of the head and shoulders of a bearded male humanoid with a bone or stone looking appearance whose head is stylized like that of a spiral seashell. Around them is sand that has enveloped the lower part of their body providing a sense of the massive size of the being along with span of time that the world has moved on and consumed them. Stone ruins dot the landscape along with a large nomadic tent and some dead trees. In the sky are jellyfish like structures kilometers across hanging in the sky, the bigger one to the left of the face. Large asteroids hang in the sky indicating that there was a ri.ng around the planet.
