Maybe youll notice dirtier optics... we have infuse native membrane proteins in 200 mM ammonium acetate + 2xcmc DDM or other detergent every day of the week on our eclupse, and then setup bottom up runs over the weekend. We don't notice too much of an issue with IDs, but we do clean every ~3mo
Pretty cool. We've got this detergent in almost all of our native & bottom up preps. How much are you adding?

Proposal:
If the administration wants to do something to show reforms to new approaches to peer review and better support for high reward research, they could double the size of the New Innovator program and let NIH and NIH-funded researchers keep working while they look at other reforms.
