Most organizations try to change culture by changing behaviour.
Run a program.
Launch a campaign.
Train the managers.
But behaviour is the output of a system.
Hiring processes.
Promotion criteria.
If those systems don’t change, culture eventually snaps back to its original shape.

Thinking about the incredible women who shape my life, family, colleagues, friends, and leaders I’ve learned from.
Grateful for the perspective, strength, and leadership they bring to the world every day.
Happy International Women’s Day.

Feels so good! Glad it was the Patriots!!

Most breakdowns aren’t about intent; they’re about assumptions. Clarity closes the gap.

Before performance improves, understanding must exist.
Clarity isn’t a soft skill; it’s the starting point.
I’ve got a new article up right now. Talking about the importance of clarity as a leader.

Progress isn’t linear.
It’s adaptive.

Clarity creates capacity.
Complexity drains it.

Culture is always forming.
The question is whether it’s intentional.

Engagement isn’t driven by buy-in.
It’s built through involvement.

Strategy isn’t a document.
It’s a direction that everything else should follow.

Momentum doesn’t come from perfect plans.
It comes from the first intentional step.
Final. The Seahawks are going to the Super Bowl after a 31-27 win over the Rams.
Omg we are going to the SuperBowl
THE SEATTLE SEAHAWKS ARE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!!!!! 💙💚🩶
Good evening, the Seahawks are going to the Super Bowl
Sam. Darnold. Eat that crow @tinojr20.bsky.social 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's perfect!
My dad almost died in September the week of Seattle's season opener. He's my everything.
I spent all 77 days with him in hospital or his nursing center..
He returned home after the loss to the Rams.
Now the Seahawks are going to the Super Bowl.
This is the first Seahawks win to ever make me cry.
I’m over trip’n man. I really didn’t know if we would ever have this opportunity again. I know from being a Seahawks fan all my life, getting to a SB is HARD. I know it’s just “sports”, but I love the hell out of it.
What a game, full credit to the Rams, that was one for the ages. GoHawk!!!
Love you, friends. Mean it.

Burnout doesn’t mean people are weak; it means systems are asking too much for too long.

Pressure creates short-term output. Clarity and support create performance that lasts.

#Seahawks GM John Schneider has been named 2025 Executive of the Year by the Pro Football Writers of America.
It’s the first time John has won this award.
Love this, watched it 4 times since yesterday.
Infographic titled “Psychological Safety & Performance.” It shows that teams with high psychological safety are 2.3 times more likely to outperform peers, employees who feel safe speaking up are 3.5 times more likely to contribute new ideas, and organizations with low psychological safety have a 27% higher change failure rate. Additional data highlights that only 25% of employees feel safe challenging senior leaders, teams with strong psychological safety report 41% less burnout, and psychological safety is the number one engagement driver for Gen Z. The graphic emphasizes that psychological safety is not soft—it is the foundation of performance.
If teams feel slow, fragile, or stuck, psychological safety is often the missing layer.
Not comfort, capacity.
The numbers tell a clear story about performance, trust, and sustainable change.

You can’t accelerate change by pushing harder. Trust is the real constraint, and the real accelerator.
