It has already proven as a great idea, because I was able to much easier implement new mechanics such as map voting for multiplayer games. Also, it's much easier to fix bugs if you rewrite the code, who would have thought.

Long time no see, I've been hard at work on birbs, it was a big undertaking, but I've rewritten most of the legacy and spaghetti blueprint code, that was forgotten behind and made development harder that it should've been into clean and concise C++.

I've just fixed one quite a big issue with connecting to other lobbies. As sort of a side effect I've also made leader board public, hopefully everything works.
