I looked to the pinball machine in corner. A lanky man in overalls and a soft hat was playing.
"You're making a fortune from the old coins he's using. But I'll have a word."
Later, I told my boss the guy worked as a ferryman. Why'd he get so pale?

A post of book recommendations based on the Rainbow Crate May 2026 theme. Twenty books in four rows: the first and fourth row have six book covers which stretch across the entire width of the graphic. Rows two and three have four books with two on each side. In the middle of these is a graphic with a dark gray brick background and a red pennant banner hanging on it. A Rainbow Crate logo with no text is at the top. Text below reads “May 2026 Knights in Shining Armor Book Recs” in all caps. “Knights in Shining Armor” is in a gray neon font, while “May 2026” is in a black font and “Book Recs” is in a white font.
🌈 Hey Reading Rainbows! It’s time for our recommendation post for next month’s theme! Here are twenty books that we think also fit the May theme of Knights in Shining Armor! These are a mix of Adult and Young Adult titles. 🧵

Good morning all ya'll!
I hope your day brings elephant parades, mushroom rings, and comfy clothes
