As of 1st July 2026, Sarah ROUSSEL will be appointed as Head of Human Resources of BNP Paribas. She will join the Group Executive Committee and report to Philippe MAILLARD, Group Chief Operating Officer (COO). She will succeed Sofia MERLO, who has decided to retire.
