Sorry to hear this! we're an org trying to raise awareness of needs for neurodiverse library workers.
I know hot desking is not well liked, and noisy open plan spaces can be a hindrance too, quite at odds with new office design.

Clear communication from managers is essential for supporting neurodivergent staff. Having strong library policies and encouraging staff to work on projects that they are passionate about are also beneficial #CDGND
