Thanks! The trip looked amazing. I took 5 days off running as a treat and enjoyed more craft beer than I probably should have. Doing maintenance runs and working on more strength stuff now, and tentatively planning for a full marathon next winter.

Chapter 23 of ADTR is live. It’s probably the most important one yet.

I can believe it!

Absolutely on the training thing. I followed a modified couch to half this time and I won’t go without a plan again, lol. I’m the worst about pushing too far/too soon.

This was my third half but the first I ran without injury. And very happy with the time — only racing against myself, lol. Next up is a full marathon.

Half marathon all done. 2:24:01. I’m going to find somewhere quiet to die now.
