Love that smell, and the feel of it on the freshening breeze.

Nice! It all counts. And the dim sum sounds like a great wrap up.

It really is a great name. It was a lot of fun doing the collab, too. So many great story contributions to it.

The same to you!

Definitely a solid plan to do it before then. Sounds like that would give the most flexibility, at any rate.

I bet! And bookending the school is definitely a good idea.

A half in Japan would be amazing.

Thanks! The trip looked amazing. I took 5 days off running as a treat and enjoyed more craft beer than I probably should have. Doing maintenance runs and working on more strength stuff now, and tentatively planning for a full marathon next winter.

Oh, no, that so sucks. I'm so, so sorry.

I can believe it!

Absolutely on the training thing. I followed a modified couch to half this time and I won’t go without a plan again, lol. I’m the worst about pushing too far/too soon.

This was my third half but the first I ran without injury. And very happy with the time — only racing against myself, lol. Next up is a full marathon.

Half marathon all done. 2:24:01. I’m going to find somewhere quiet to die now.

I just finished A Parcel of Rogues by Joyce Lionarous. A wonderful medieval mystery.

Next up is Nestlings by Nat Cassidy. I've liked his other stuff so I'm excited for this one.

After that, I'm not sure. There's a long TBR list

Universe expansion may be slowing, not accelerating, study suggests Astronomers cast doubt on Nobel prize-winning theory and suggest universe could end in ‘big crunch’

So the expansion of the universe may not be accelerating but rather, is slowing. If verified, we're back to where our understanding was by about the 1990s. And our ideas about Dark Energy require revision.
