wow - that's not much to have got such a good result! After quite a bit of trial & and error, I'd build up to 7mg a day for a month and then a break of 2-3 weeks. Did this several times. only recently looked back at my body battery stats and realised NP had def risen the bar somewhat!

GI Map stool test, 6 years after Microba test. All previous pathogens gone (yay!) but now I have an overgrowth of Morganella! 😭 Best news is zonulin markers ✅️, reflected in last few months of introducing FODMAP foods with no issue! Tonight 🥁 it's coconut milk in... Thai curry! wish me luck! #MECFS
Got my DSP in Feb - such a blessing, after such a headf*@k doing the application. With the backpayment, I bought myself an e-bike. On days when I have the energy, I can wheel around our garden, and see bits of it I haven't seen in 8 years. Such freedom! Oh to have the wind in my hair again! #MECFS
interesting! I've had success with them too (I think, in raising my baseline after I stopped). Did a month on, month off. Def will try them again. What's your dosage like?

Great news about the funding. Is this separate from Kathy Huang and StudyME's PPP (Personalised post exertional Malaise predictor) study?
Does he just get faster and faster so the kid flies off? How does she get off?!🤣

Jeez, good luck with that, that sounds rough going 🫶
If you have an issue with Sulphur, are you maybe not getting enough Molybdenum along with B6? They help. You may know this already, just putting it out there 🌼
Tick-bite illnesses can be complex and debilitating. Are we any closer to understanding them?
This article from Australia’s ABC News highlights the work of Dr Richard Schloeffel who has been researching a group of people with ongoing symptoms linked to tick bites.

Is any one in the #MECFS community, maybe #LymeAustralia or #Lyme anywhere really, attempting the Josh Leisk Born Free protocol? It seems, even if my GP was onside, she'd need to drop all her other research just to start figuring it out. So, so, so complex.
Buhner rocks! Except it can be a bit dense going, especially when the ole brain isn't at max. So glad you're finding some respite.

sad that you only have white polyester tee's to choose from - no way on earth I can wear polyester, I'm afraid. And white... won't be white for very long! look forward to next Christmas 🫠

When the Chief Medical Officer urges the narrative to move from "stigma to science" . Thank God for organisations like @emergeaustralia.bsky.social, and for the brave souls who risked weeks/months of PEM to be a voice for us all. #MECFS #PEM
Thank you so much to all, thank you Emerge ❤️❤️❤️

in torturous slippery snapshots,
catching at my limbs,

here i am.
here is my shell.
my spirit comes in waves.
today i am drowning,
high tide,
ripped along the undertow,
abraded by shingle,
tossed every which way,
i know not which is up,
down nor ahead.....
unbelievable. @bsky.app - is there a way of getting these bots off the platform?
I love the sound of this! where can I watch it?
Great study. Confirms my choice to get on oestrogen, instead of just progesterone. Also 5HTP has been a winner for me in terms of 💤. Now just to get in a bit of inulin and F. prausnitzii for my poor ole guts. #MECFS #pwme #MHT
Hi! 👋🏽 I'm here, just sporadically 🐢
