Slowly starting one step at a time. I have been eating terrible and gained weight. 10 minutes goes quick too! I am going to slowly add minutes when I have more strength.

Got a walking pad for Christmas and just did 10 mins to get a feel. I am known to fall down and out if shape. Starts with one step. Every day going to walk even if its 5 minutes at a time.

Im heart broken winning #Jays was helping me keep close to my Dad who has dementia. Im glad we saw 2 world series but had hoped for one more to share our love.

Devastated. But so so so proud of our boys. They played with their whole hearts for their team and this country. They deserve nothing but love.

I don’t care. I love this team.
