Per surgery today, chest X-rays and CT’s, and a lot of work up on my right arm. Surgery have me nervous but the cancer screening for my lungs has my scared.

You what sucks, while my cancer was active, 1 person, 1 keep in contact with me. They Even drove me to some of my appointments. Family, nope, friends, nope. I am still not in remission and now may have to face cancer in my lungs. I knew cancer was a risk of my jobs, isolation not as much.

Well, just bought an e-bike, 50mile range. Will be able to keep charged with my solar set up. Will only have to use my car now for doctors appointments in St. Louis or Scott AFB. Cutting as monthly cost as I can.

I went my whole firefighter career without knowing I was only working with about 75% of lung capacity but still was able to pass all test. Wasn’t until I got out the VA did a vest x-ray and I was in for a lung biopsy. Sarcoidoses and It took 4 years to clear it. Wednesday it’s a cancer check, Scared

Speaking of ex-wives, I just found out yesterday that they did “what I view is a torture” punishment to my youngest for drinking the last lemonade. While they had a fucking glass in their hand! You don’t punish kids for being thirsty! I am mad at them for doing that, I am mad at me for enabling it.

Looking back over my last marriage, I made them coffee every morning I could for 13 years. At a point the would wait for the coffee before they would move, and let me know. I will put up with a lot of shit if you smash me on the regular, I kinda think that is sad on my part.

How much am I on my phone a day? 1hr 56m. I can get that lower……like my follower count…..lol
