This paper brings me back some 20-ish years where I had an idea for a startup that would help people think about how their blogs would continue after their death (because at that time blogs were the big thing). I remember I had a catchy name (that I forget 🤣)... but no capacity to launch the idea.

Using federal power to punish political opponents is anti-democratic and blatantly illegal.

On open protocols, your main goal should not be to serve everyone. We tried that, and it's a mess out there.

Serve your community, the one you understand the needs of. Build something *you* want. You'd be surprised at how many you's are out there waiting for the exact same thing.

Now… I don’t know how many people will stream from the iPhone vs use OBS or something on the desktop, but since you offered the option in the app I decided to try it.

Other than ☝️, the experience was quite good. Nice job!

… but that was not intuitive to me. I would suggest having a button or something that was very clear about how to end. (Unless I completely missed it!)

Also, I found a couple of times that the keyboard wouldn’t go away, and I had to randomly tap things until it eventually disappeared.

Welllll... first I have to setup OBS again and get that all going. 😃The computer I was using for my livestreaming died... (hard drive failure!)... and I just never got around to setting up another one. I mean... OBS is not hard at a basic level... but I just have to go do it!

Today, for over 6 billion people the #Internet is woven into the fabric of our daily lives - and that is enabled by the open standards created by the #IETF ! From IP and TCP to DNS to HTTP to TLS and more... those interoperable standards are what make the Internet possible! Congrats on 40 years! 🎉
