Honestly, the one thing I miss from uninstalling tiktok is tiktok edits.

I feel like that's why indie gaming has been stronger than indie animation: Small devs aren't expected to just hand out the game for free just because other games are. (Okay, people still complain but you get the point.)

Genuinely, you get people who are just pure haters for toby fox that don't even care about the game or translations. They only care about being loud enough to get the creator to quit. They use whatever complaints fans may have as a trojan horse for this.
It seems like when you get to a certain tier of popularity, there's people who just hate what you do and want you gone, and just want a venue to get it removed no matter what it is.
I think I fantasize about what I would do if I ever made a hit game and made loads of money but if I ever had to deal with what gooseworx/toby fox/etc have to I would kill myself.
