That was in response to my question. The 'process' was leaving the decision up to the investment bank (via email to me from Avation). Lets wait and see. I would like the company to release their interim/Final much earlier than they do. It should not take such a long time to release unaudited finals.

They left the decision to an Investment bank. Avation believed that Philippine Airlines was 'doing well' when in fact they were not. Avation also committed to advise the market when the share sales would occur but that could mean when they are all sold as opposed to a partial sale. Am not hopeful.

Avation replied confirming they reshuffled the aircraft allocation. Announcement re JCAS to be announced later. Have updated www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.ph...

Looks that way doesn't it? Possible the JCAS aircraft sill still go ahead but much delayed. Will ask Jett about it and hopefully will include details in my Lemonfool post tomorrow.

I would suggest the JCAS aircraft will not be delivered to the customer until after February 2026 (or potentially cancelled which would actually be good news for #AVAP). The November delivery is ex-factory. Likely it will sit on the tarmac in Toulouse for a few months.

Not sure when we will get an update (end Sept??) www.avation.net/files/avap_r...

Did you pick up the fact that an additional aircraft is now unencumbered from the GMTN update document? That makes 6 aircraft.

Avation to sell its B777-300ER leased to Philippine Airlines, realising ~$33m net cash, materially above book value. Proceeds to reduce debt and reinvest in modern narrowbody jets with long leases. Two more aircraft sales anticipated this year. #AVAP #Aviation www.investegate.co.uk/announcement...

Good find! Don't think we have learnt anything new but nice to see it being discussed. No Sensitivity to USD/GBP movements though which is the only short term(?) downside. As usual everything else depends on the bond refinancing; both of which looking a little bit more appealing for end 2025

#AVAP Looks like @AVATION_PLC have bought another tranche of shares this morning; 250k shares following on from 300k yesterday; totalling 8,100,000 since mid December '24 or 12% of the issued share capital. Again from a willing seller, (HSBC or Rangeley Capital?). Await RNS's

#AVAP issued a somewhat misleading RNS today. Should compare interest with secured debt costs and not bonds. Also no reference to amortisation. This seems relatively expensive debt albeit with a great deal of flexibility in its use. Comments here: www.lemonfool.co.uk/viewtopic.ph...

#W7L Rev 102m & PTP 24m. Slight miss on forecasts (105.8m/24,3), Previously W7L said 'Uber comfortable' with forecasts, implying >105.8m, so this is a miss. Jan 2025 +15% does not inspire confidence in meeting pre-Brand Architeks expectations.

Hard to see how any substantive dividend can occur before 2026. However this move may allow some investor managers to reconsider investing for the longer term. I think they forgot their policy was to announce dividends in US$ ;-)

#EQLS Interesting observation that the PUSU has 'only' been extended by 21 days rather than the usual 28 days. I do not believe that's a regulatory requirement. With rose tinted glasses it may infer a real offer to be announced in a couple of weeks?
