The moon mission is a capitalist desecration of one of the only things all of humanity has in common. The moon has been a part of cultures for thousands of years and should be left alone. Let’s focus on fixing our own planet. 🌙🌎

A clean graphic shows a portrait of Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez on the left, wearing a dark suit and red tie. On the right is a quote in black text that reads: “I can tell you that being in a minority coalition government has made me better as a Prime Minister. Not only because of my conviction, but because of my obligation to talk a lot with the rest.” The quote is attributed below to Pedro Sánchez, Prime Minister of Spain. The background is light grey and minimal.

Coalition governments are not a flaw, they are accountability in action.

When leaders have to work with others, they cannot ignore millions of voters.

Proportional representation makes that the norm instead of the exception.

Cermaq’s Hydrolicer, aka the Fish Killer, is back in action in Clayoquot Sound! 😵 The Salar has been docked for nearly two years, now it’s back. Why? Is Cermaq having sea lice problems again on their fish farms? #fishfarmsout

It is clear that greater cooperation between the federal NDP and us federal Greens is needed right now to stop Carney and PP. So far, it looks like Mcquail and Johnston are the only NDP leadership hopefuls open to the idea. My sense is that ether of them is a better bet then Avi Lewis.

David Eby, on camera, admits that he axed the carbon tax because of corporate lobbying. Cutting it made life more expensive for workers and cheaper for big polluters.

He says BC is too dependent on resource extraction - and yet their plan is to triple down on American-owned gas projects.

We’re taking the Canadian gov to court 📣

For 11 years, it has delayed mapping critical habitat for Southern Mountain #Caribou while logging + industrial development continues. #cdnpoli

Making environmentalism seem cringe and silly rather than a great noble act of protecting the homeland has been one of the most successful brainwashing campaigns ever. 🍁🌲

Caribou rely on old-growth forests to survive. Their herds graze on the lichen in these ancient forests.

This is what their habitat looks like after B.C. government logging. Once these ancient trees are gone, so is the lichen caribou need to survive.

When we let foreign oil mega-corps control our jobs and economy — this is what happens. The global LNG market bubble will burst in 2030, right when BC projects come online. Eby is selling off BC to these foreign billionaires, instead of investing in working people and a 21st century economy. #bcpoli

The lobbyist org accused of genocide denial (CIJA), that Eby has met with and legitimized, is trying to block Hasan Piker from entering the country. If you’re a Hasan fan, or you’re tired of a govt that cares more about lobbyists than workers, we’ve got the movement for you: bcgreens.ca #bcpoli

Mamdani started universal childcare on day 8. Seven years into their $10-a-day plan, the BC NDP is walking away from universal childcare access and is cowardly returning to a failing, income-tested approach. BC families deserve better. #bcpoli

BC Greens: Even If Avi Lewis becomes leader, the federal NDP is not going to suddenly be on our side. I hope that we will take the win and mobilize for the federal Greens leadership race so that we are in a strong position for a possible deal next election.

Carney’s weak response to Trump’s attempt at regime change at the behest of oil corporations is predictable. When a government like Carney’s and Eby’s—which cares only about enriching fossil fuel executives—are faced with the hard choices, they’ll choose corporate power over working people. #bcpoli

Friendly reminder that given what the NDP is doing to DRIPA, if you support any of the 47 NDP MLAS, you are taking an anti-Indigenous position.

MLA or MP is unable to serve their
constituents due to a debilitating health condition, they should probably step down. This should be obvious but unfortunately BC has an NDP government.
