The vote went the other way. It is a tough reminder of how difficult yet critical organizing is. My heart is with all the workers who are fighting hard for job protections, fair wages, and basic benefits.

It was a privilege to rally with the UAW and workers at Axalta who saw hope and unity through a contract that would have allowed UAW to represent these amazing workers, many of whom have worked at the company for more than a decade.
