Day 8 of SCBWI’s #artober2025 - prompt: Carve. Went with a colored pencil style to practice this look, using #truegrittexturesupply chromograph brushes. Also went a little overboard and did a 4 panel story that’s slightly morbid, but works out fine in the end.
