This morning's early start had a short yoga practise and some breathwork. Now all set up for a day of work.

Up at five today for strength training, but this is not going to be easy. I feel tired already. Still geting over Saturdays hike over the hills.

I have two routes that I can take walking to work, the one I use most is up our dwindling high street and through the local shopping centre. The other route is along part of the quayside and marina, and then a short walk along the shoreline. Nature can still spring surprises.

Having a cup oh turmeric tea, would anyone add a bit of sugar to it. Drinking more herbal teas now, can’t imagine mint tea without sugar(after trekking in Morocco), but drink them normally without sugar.
