Finishing staff meetings on time or earlier. Better still not having one for no reason and giving them the time to themselves. Hugely appreciated. 🙂

This has seen the biggest change since it was implemented. Staff say they can get through so much more without being interrupted which in turn helps to clear their lists and saves them trying to do it at other times.
