Recently retired secondary science teacher. Rose to DHT then moved into research within the RSchoolnetwork. Still involved with @associationscied.bsky.social and trying to help teachers of all phases to engage with research.

Hi #FFBWednesday - used to be a lawyer, retrained as a primary teacher and always keen to connect with other career-changers! Trained as a primary maths specialist but nowadays more obsessed with all aspects of reading.

Recently retired primary teacher with 16 years experience in Scotland teaching all stages in a range of schools from small rural with composite classes to large suburban schools.

Promoting life work balance, kindness, self care and gentle nonsense with a little politics.
