How can we provide feedback for corrections or additions to Merlin and Birds of the World? For example, in Newfoundland many birds listed as rare in the Merlin app are actually quite common, but not sure how to convey the data. Also many of the range maps aren't synching well with the actual data.

I can't get the Vedur earthquake thingie to update. I think all the earthquakes broke it 😂
After 50 years of trying, finally got a good photo of a Wood Warbler (Phylloscopus sibilatrix). Proof of how even a common bird can vex you for decades 😂🤣

Water Rails (Rallus aquaticus) showing up nicely in the Bagno Sałowanie in Eastern Poland. Thankfully they are quite vocal or one would never know they were there.

Woj and I went out for an Easter nature walk and found a very cooperative and photogenic young bull moose browsing on all the new spring growth on the bushes not too far from the homestead. It was happily growing and allowed us to take some nice photos. Happy Easter Long Weekend to everyone!!
Photo of Senator Chris Van Hollen with Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.
Thanks for all this helpful and fascinating information. I like the new hazard maps. Was not a big fan of those previous maps with the rectangles, as if volcanic and seismic risk can somehow boxed into rigid shapes. This seems more natural and useful.
It's like the Real Housewives of Iceland but with Volcanic Complexes and not people. 😱😂🤣
In vielen Supermärkten in Asien, insbesondere in jenen, die sich an Touristen und Expats richten, wird derselbe Trick angewandt.

This eruption has more plot twists than a Sir Arthur Conan Doyle novel 😂
I must say this is all rather fascinating. Love the way Mother Nature reads all the human reports and analysis, and then laughs out loud, and does something totally different.
BTW, Are there any live online seismographs for Reykjanes Peninsula?
Ok, I was wondering why it paused. I thought maybe there were so many tremors, it got wore out 🤣😂
Really interesting. Thanks for that.
Thanks for all the updates!!! So interesting that this eruption, if it happens at all, is taking such a long time. Any thoughts on what's happening? Or are any other volcanologists positing any ideas?
🇺🇦🇸🇪 Swedish Parliament voted in favor of sending the 18th military aid package to Ukraine.
Thank you Sweden!!! Northern Flank of Europe Stands Strong and Resolute!! 🇸🇪🇺🇦
Time for all free people of the world to stand with Europe and Ukraine. The current US Government has gone completely off the rails of democracy and should be ignored and reviled both in and outside the USA. #ukraine #SlavaUkraini #standwithukraine #supportukraine

Always good seeing old favourites, like this incredible male Blue Grosbeak (Passerina caerulea) in Virginia.

During the Great Southern Bioblitz, we spent some time photographing on the inner reef off of Suva and found a mother Great Crested Tern (Thalasseus bergii) feeding her ternlet.

The shiny, iridescent Metallic Pigeon was another great find in Fiji during the Great Southern BioBlitz. It's a great ocean voyager and island hopper ranging from the Philippines to Samoa.

The very stately Cocoi Heron gets its name from the Tupi language describing how it walks. Other Tupi derived animal names include Jaguar, Tapir, Capybara, Anhinga and Piranha.
