Garmin card for my parkrun at Highbury Fields today - 159bpm average heart rate, 4.93km distance, 3:53/km average pace. My time was 19:07.

Went local for this week's #parkrun and I ran faster than I have for some while (maybe as far back as autumn 2024). No idea why, expecially as the run streak is now at 134 days! Anyway, thanks to everyone at Highbury Fields for making it happen. 👍 #LoveParkrun #Running
