The same logo as at the top of the thread, with the blue gradient background below the white PodCube device. However, everything is slightly different. The contrast is low; the fonts are smaller; the sticker is significantly smaller; there are different, subtle horizontal background lines

But that all didn't look quite right, and then @yerdy.bsky.social hopped on a call with me, @kelprabbit.bsky.social popped in to help, and we came up with the "old school software" design!

Like an hour of pushing around pixels and ideas, and we had the first draft of the new logo! 😎
