Deliveristas are being unjustly deactivated—cut off from their livelihoods overnight.
We’re organizing every day to fight back.

As @NYCMayor said in his 100 Days address: “NYC will no longer tolerate exploitation as a business model.”
Thank you @NYCMayor + @helloDCWP for standing w/ workers & delivering real wins for delivery workers.
We look forward to building a city where every worker has dignity.
We were proud to attend @NYCmayor’s 100 Days Address today.
$5M+ back in deliveristas’ pockets + the first Deliverista Hub in the nation.
For 80,000 app delivery workers, this is our moment—built on years of organizing, resilience, and love.
The fight continues. ❤️✊🏾
5/7 — In addition to the settlements, @NYCMayor helped make possible the nation’s first Deliverista Hub—a blueprint for public infrastructure where delivery workers can charge their e-bikes, rest, connect w/ supports to stand up to corporate greed, & continue building Deliverista power.
4/7— In his first 100 days, @NYCMayor has put money back into the pockets of delivery workers.
@helloDCWP secured $5M for 49,000+ workers from Uber Eats, Fantuan, and HungryPanda—after finding the companies violated the city’s 2023 minimum pay law.
3/7 —During Ramadan, @NYCMayor @ZohranKMamdani joined Muslim delivery workers of @LosDeliveristas in prayer and shared a meal with them—the leaders behind the largest worker-led, multiracial union of app delivery workers. A powerful sign: this mayor stands with workers.
2/7 — As we said to @Documentedny in a recent story on the NYC Mayor’s first 100 days: “This administration is setting a new standard—one rooted in real enforcement of worker protections, zero tolerance for exploitation, and support for worker power,” — @LigiaGuallpa, WJP’s ED.
1/7 — In his first 100 days, @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social has shown what’s possible when working people are at the center and the needs of New Yorkers drive the city’s agenda.
For @workersjusticep.bsky.social who are organizing 80,000 app delivery workers, this has been a true labor of love ❤️✊🏾
Thank you @NYC_DOT and the entire team for helping bring the first Deliverista Hub in the country to life.
We appreciate your partnership and look forward to continuing to work together to make app delivery safer by improving the streets where Deliveristas work every day.
Huge thanks to @SenSchumer for helping make the nation’s first Deliverista Hub possible —Deliverista-led, run, and powered public infrastructure. From @LosDeliveristas, you’ll always be our champion—helping us win labor rights & deliver the first Deliverista Hub in the country.
Huge thanks to @schumer.senate.gov for helping make the nation’s first Deliverista Hub possible —Deliverista-led, run, and powered public infrastructure.
From @workersjusticep.bsky.social, you’ll always be our champion—helping us win labor rights & deliver the first Deliverista Hub in the country.
We’re making history!
@workersjusticep.bsky.social has launched the nation’s first Deliverista Hub—fully worker-led & worker-powered.
W/ the support of @SenSchumer, @NYCMayor, @NYCParks & @NYC_DOT, we’re turning public spaces into hubs of worker power.

NEW pay increase for deliveristas!
As of April 1, 2026, the new minimum pay is $22.13/hr for app-based restaurant and grocery delivery workers.
More info: @helloDCWP
But we’re not stopping here —we’ll keep organizing for job security and higher wages.
Why not $30/hour next?

NEW @nyc.streetsblog.org: A delivery worker’s day exposes how Grubhub used Relay to dodge minimum pay & labor protections.
As @LosDeliveristas, we’re keeping up the fight—organizing for dignity, fair pay & job security for all 80k Deliveristas!
TY @SophLebo nyc.streetsblog.org/2026/03/31/o...
Grubhub caught outsourcing deliveries to dodge NYC’s minimum pay law —another example of apps putting profits over workers.
We’ve seen this playbook before: when laws pass, companies look for loopholes instead of following them.
That’s why we’ll keep organizing!

We urge NYS leaders & @GovKathyHochul: pass it now.

Big news for Deliveristas!
NYC Mayor Mamdani ends the era of NYPD criminal summons for cyclists & deliveristas for minor traffic violations.
The fight isn’t over—we must hold apps accountable and redesign streets to keep Deliveristas, cyclists, and all New Yorkers safe!
