It was as if an internal switch had been flicked. I suddenly went from being a shy wallflower to loud mouth. It's taken a long time to admit to myself that yes I have exhibitionist tendencies as a coping mechanism, but it works for me & by admitting it has lowered my anxieties levels.

I've been asked if I enjoy being an #exhibitionist. If I'm honest I think I've always been one to compensate for chronic insecurity & low self-esteem since being about 14.

This morning I decided to use up the other pack of pre-rolled flaky #pastry I'd bought by making a #roly #poly come #strudel using dried #fruit that I had in the cupboard. It tasted rather yummy & even better with a helping of #Crème #Fraîche 😋

Oh brilliant! I didn't know that, I'll bear that in mind too. Next time I'll keep some for the flowers & the others for harvesting like you said.. or when I buy some more to cook with, cut the base & some of the stem remaining, plant them & cook with the rest... that's an excellent idea. My #chilli #plants have been growing well & so I decided it was time for them to have their own space & prevent overcrowding. They will need to be transplanted into bigger #pots over the coming months, with a couple staying indoors & the others going outside once the risk of frosts have passed.
