Oh Caroline, I'm so sorry that you had just been 'getting on with' this pain. I think all too often pain is normalised or shrunk down/not taken seriously - especially for women and neurodivergent people. And this knock on effect impacts how we respond to our own pain 😥

Mine was a combination - coffee, chocolate AND hiding in the cupboard - each strategy had its own 'moments' 🤭. A little Friday night tipple also didn't hurt 🍷😜!
