Very upset with @americanair.bsky.social. Arrived at the airport ON TIME but too late for baggage check-in - Deemed a no-show (how? was there) - return trip automatically cancelled (without being told) - NO REFUND or CREDIT - ALL POINTS LOST. Customer service called w/out resolution.
