I don't know where else to vent about this. Today, I succeded to talk to a human being about my FB page being flagged months ago. Bless the guy, but his answer was: We don't know why it's still flagged. Why dont't you keep posting and see if the warning goes away some day?

True. What's yours? Was there a song loop playing while you wrote your books?

I have the same book! Doesn't matter how many years pass, the story stays fresh as always.

I prefer those. They stay in the mind longer and spawn good conversation.

That black cat on the cover is adorable. I don't know the series but it looks hard to resist.

I was pitching the Hunger Games to my mom, she was convinced we had already watched the movie (this happened years before the movies came out). Until she mentioned it was Japanese.

It was Battle Royale.

Videogames? Go out for a walk? Tidy up? Or even stare at the ceiling, embrace that boredom.

Something crunched when I bit my slice of cake. I pulled a tooth from my mouth, but none of mine were missing.

There's something special about horror that explores the unknown rather than explaining it. #HorrorWriting

I'm trying to remember a YA horror book I read several years ago. It was about a teen girl moving to an old town. It's her first time but she has nightmares about her in the near woods. The twist was that a relative of her was killed there long ago.

The worst is when they make a review that sounds absolutely generic, like: "In this engaging story of love and break up, we found ourselves enmeshed with the characters. The author weaved a plot of converging ideals where the fate of mankind falls on the MC..."

Mushed brain sounds like something severe (at least without context), hope you are okay.

I knew a similar concept called smoke screen, which is giving insane importance to a somewhat irrelevant news, in order to reduce the importance of another rather relevant news.

Do you remember the short story contest I lost? The organization just sent me two tickets to their theme park -they did it to all the participants. I guess it's a win after all ๐Ÿ˜„

Apparently "I'm sad please talk about my books online so more people read them" is not effective marketing so BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD I GUESS
