I was awoken by an alert on my phone last night around midnight. Through my sleepy fog I thought it said “international threat” and I thought were were gonna be bombed. Then the tornado sirens started blaring. It took me a couple minutes to wake up enough to see “tornado warning” in the alert 🤦‍♀️

With all the beauty coming out of #Artemis I can’t help but think that the next mission should include a poet.

I usually think “well if I figured this out, anyone can” at work, but sometimes when I explain what I did to people they get so impressed and then I get embarrassed. I work with VERY intelligent people, so I’m 99% sure it’s just lack of bandwidth on their part. But also 😊😊😊😊

While waking up early is still very difficult, after about 3 months of working out 3-4 times per week, my body still hums with pleasure the rest of the day on workout days.

Haven’t really lost any weight, maybe 5 pounds tops, but my lungs and heart feel awesome.

Still hate mornings, though.
