Does anyone have any advice on how to write up a project proposal? I'm struggling with the ROPE section. I've found lots of good advice online but no examples. It's hard to figure out what exactly I need to write.

New stingless bee tattoo for submitting and finishing (corrections are almost done) my PhD. My PhD focused on the cognition, learning and brains of the only Sydney stingless bee - Tetragonula carbonaria. I have a pretty full arm of bee tattoos now!

It's been that many jobs over a year! There aren't many entomology jobs so I've applied for anything in ecology or biology. As well as a lot of non-academic jobs in industry, labs, teaching, ect.
I'd love to keep doing science but the jobs are very few and far between and competitive where I am 😭

I'm still struggling to find work post PhD. It feels like everyone else around me was able to get great jobs right away while I've applied for almost 200 with only a couple interviews to show for it. Unsure what I'm doing wrong 😔
