What I do for MS Office is use autocorrect. eg Word go to File > Options > Proofing, click AutoCorrect Options, and enter ‘Seamus’ in the "Replace" box and the ‘Séamus’ in the "With" box. So every time you type without fada it replaces automatically (easy to change to without fada if needed)
If something says defrost overnight in the refrigerator on it you can guarantee it's still going to be frozen in the morning.
It's a shame Irish sport media hasn't meaningfully migrated to #spéirghorm, which would encourage others to do the same.

I retained a presence on twitter/x simply so that i could get live reports of gaa matches, locally and nationally. I have now deactivated that account. Is there anyone with influence here that would pressure the GAA at all levels to leave that platform in the interests of child safety. #gaa
