Currently has an 8yo German shepherd but they can't get him placed anywhere, so throwing this out there in case someone has any ideas or people who would be interested in fostering. Friendly with adults (hasn't been around kids so don't know about them), has never bitten or been aggressive with anyone, raised from puppy but probably hasn't been super socialized with other people and pets

Yes that is exactly true. They actually are pretty profitable for the owners even when they have losing season after losing season.
It’s exasperating. They have a beautiful park and sports crazy fan base and the owners just don’t care.
