Yesterday spoke to a packed room of 50+ School Business Managers from Manchester & Trafford at @oneeducation.bsky.social Spring Finance Conference. Always a pleasure to speak at this forum this time providing an update on the Employment Rights Act & the impact on the #education sector
The government aims for mainstream schools to set up an inclusion base where pupils can access support that bridges the gap between mainstream and specialist provision.
Many schools already have this provision. For others, it feels daunting.
