Yeah like a lie down with my eyes closed and a timer/alarm going. I'm not allowed to do anything but lie there with my eyes closed for the whole 30 minutes. If I don't fall asleep, at least I'll hopefully be less exhausted

What I do is
Head down 30 minutes, eat a snack as soon as I'm back up, back down for 15 if I'm still exhausted, and then all together I should have enough energy to prepare a meal
