なんかこう、国民の自由を縛る監視制度への支持、だいたいここらへんが原因らしいんだよな。

・自分は善良だという自己像
・制度は悪人だけを狙うという幻想
・権力は概ね公正に運用されるという信頼
・「善人」「悪人」の境界は安定しているという思い込み
・時間経過による環境変化の軽視

監視制度を普遍的な危険として見ておらず、道徳的に選別された"敵処理装置"として知覚している、とかなんとか、そういう表現が適切なのかもしれない。
