• Perform functional annotation of protein lists
• Integrate protein interaction and pathway data from resources such as UniProt, IntAct, and IMEX
• Understand the basics of proteogenomics and data-independent acquisition (DIA)

🧬 During this course, participants will learn how to:
• Identify and quantify peptides from MS data using search engines and post-processing tools
• Work with quantitative proteomics approaches
• Explore and reuse datasets from major repositories such as PRIDE and ProteomeXchange
