Would love to be added. Working with stem cell derived macrophages here 🙋♀️
Couldn’t have asked for a better location for my first time presenting my work at @keystonesymposia.bsky.social ☃️⛷️. Greatful for all the engaging discussions, wonderful talks and the opportunity to connect with so many brilliant minds 🙌🏻. Such a memorable experience 🤩✨ #KSFibrosis25
In July, I attended the amazing @ebitraining.bsky.social course "Bioinformatics for immunologists" in Hinxton. Perfect training if you are are just starting with your flow cytometry or scRNA/snRNA/bulk-seq analysis 🧬, and a must for boosting your bioIT skills as an immunologist. Highly recommended!🤩
Anyone working with single nuclei data should read this paper! (single cell too, but for nuclei data it's essential)
If I could only have one QC metric for single nuclei data, it would be spliced pct / intronic fraction (I think it's more useful even than number of UMIs 🤯).

Would love to!! 🧬

Really nice examination of genetic and hormonal sex effects in demyelination in the murine models of #Alzheimer’s disease. #neuroskyence, #neuroimmunolgy

Such a week full of science!!! Today was the Science Day in Gent and we had so much fun showing all things about the liver to the little ones 🤩 From staining liver samples to sorting the fatty cells with our magnet blocks inspiring future scientists! 👩🔬🔬🧬
First post on Bluesky, let’s share some websites offering many free illustrations for scientific figures 🖼️ 🧪 🌍 :
scidraw.io
bioart.niaid.nih.gov
www.phylopic.org
More well known but very nice though: www.freepik.com
Another lover of free illustrations here 🙋♀️ Some of my fav ones:

Exciting day at the very first edition of the @viblifesciences.bsky.social IRC Science Fair🤩. So many great science booths full of fun activities! Stool-fishing, crosswords, and beer-pong predicting the journal for your next publication. Hopefully predictions are right and I'll publish in Immunity🤞
