less of a planner but the only organization/to do list/habit tracker thing I've ever stuck with for a long period of time is the app Finch! it gameifys getting my tasks done and it's helped a lot with motivation! and since it's digital I don't have to remember to carry anything around.

i have a vertical mouse! its helped a lot, but I've found the most relief wearing a hard wrist brace to sleep. gives the wrist a chance to rest. also I loooove the ulnar floss stretch, can unpinch your nerves in the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, the first time I did it I was like WOW
