Been a long time posting. Overall notes, make sure not to neglect your own happiness and identify issues that can grow.

Things are going better now, but it's been rough.

Definitely in the realm where I have so much to do that I am paralyzed and unable to accomplish anything.

Time to start something at least - little steps at a time.

First post in a while. It's been a tough go dealing with mental health.

I feel tired all the time, but it's hard to parse if that is a symptom, or just part of being an adult with kids. Maybe both...

It feels like both.

At a phone repair place. Got my screen replaced in the beginning of the month and had to go back as the back wouldn’t stay on. Now the screen is jacked up and I am back because it won’t display properly anymore.

Not too happy with this place.

Weird. Almost like they're not the heroes they think they are.

She better watch out for Nic Cage because she's about to be abducted for being a national treasure.

Bottling day!

I finally managed to run out of corks and available bottles, so I had to use my wife’s flip top bottles. Fortunately this brew is a low ABV at 6% so it won’t be sitting for long. Now to air dry before applying new labels!

About to get on a plane to go to Copenhagen again for my final flight back home. Ireland is always incredible. This time I enjoyed Skerries and Rush and the rich history everywhere.

I'm definitely considering immigrating in the future if possible.

A wonderful dish at the The Ouzoud Waterfalls in Morocco. The beef was incredible and the service was lovely.

Parenting is certainly not without frustration. We are helping my oldest with his homework and he says he doesn't know how to do I.

We provide solutions and help and he is yelling that this is not how we do it.

I mean, pick one dude. Either you know or you don't lol 😂

I came home to the empty nest. This little one was still flying around getting it's bearing on its new freedom.

It paused a moment, and then it was off. Thus ending my baby hummingbird saga.
